If you have never accepted Jesus as your personal Savior and Lord, please come forward during the Invitation hymn. The Minister will ask you to confess Christ as Lord, using the words of the divinely inspired confession of faith in the New Testament: “I believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God.”
If you have not been baptized [immersed] as Jesus has commanded, arrangements will be made for your baptism at a convenient time. The only baptism known in the New Testament is immersion of a repentant believer who publicly confesses Christ as Lord and God.
If you are already a baptized [immersed] Christian, your public confession of faith in Christ is all that is necessary to become a member of this church. You do not need a letter of transfer from another church.
